Mundane Affair

The film is not at all a horror flick. It's a crass comedy with just a couple of half baked horror scenes. The proceedings become a test of patience in the second half, especially, after the plot goes haywire.

Director tried to attract movie lovers with comedy horror entertainer but he became falters regarding execution. The weak direction and screenplay spoiled the entertainment level. The first half of Where Is The Venkatalakshmi ended with an interesting twist increasing the interest about the second half but soon the director lost the plot. This makes the movie ends as a below par watch.

Where Is The Venkata Lakshmi gives worst nightmares.

On the whole, Where is the Venkatalakshmi is a good script gone wrong kind of a film. Lakshmi Rai, comedians Madhu and Praveen try to save the film with their sincere efforts but the second half has nothing going it’s way and kills the interest of the audience. The film might find some takers in the B and C Centers because of Lakshmi Rai but for others this movie ends as a below par watch.
