Vijay Deverakonda ‘s one-liners, Some comedy bits work. The guy with a character named “ Hollywood “ steals the show with his comedy timing. Overall TaxiWaala is an engaging thriller ( except last 30 mins ) genre film with some comedy episodes

Taxiwala is a story of a science experiment involving death and souls gone wrong due to the bad forces. Director and writer Rahul Sankrityan has done a fantastic job in handling this movie as its plot is very experimental. He, with the help of Saikumar Reddy his screenplay writer has done a fine work in terms of screenplay which lacks the punch towards the end. First half takes up in setting up the plot and its characters and the actual story runs in the second half. The mix of science, supernatural elements and comedy is very well done by the team. This movie has a lot of rofl moments and the talents involved to make this movie has succeeded to an extent in proving talents. Though the rough cut of this movie is leaked a long ago, the experience we get seeing it on big screen with everything done properly is unmatchable by leaked versions. To sum up, Taxiwala is a happily one time watchable film this weekend.

The main plus points of Taxiwaala are concept, screenplay, art direction, cinematography, , BGM, Sound design and the performances of Vijay Devarakonda. The first half is engaging whereas the second part has dull moment because of the serious scenes. The science fiction element, which are very similar to Hollywood movies, impressed everyone. The director Rahul came up with a horror comedy movie with science fiction element and narrated it in an interesting manner.

'Taxiwaala' tells a horror-comedy with some relatable sensibilities. Vijay Deverakonda allows the story to take precedence. A decent narration, the film elicits laughs in a good measure.

This is a screenplay-oriented film where situational comedy and the emotions play a big role. In telling such a story, debutant Rahul Sankrityan succeeds. There are minor hiccups (like a lengthy flashback, runtime) but overall, 'Taxiwaala' is a neat thriller.

కమర్షియల్ ఎలిమెంట్స్ లేని సెన్సిబుల్ ఫిలిమ్ గా “టాక్సీవాలా” నిలుస్తుంది. ఈవారం వచ్చిన పెద్ద సినిమా డిజాస్టర్ గా నిలవడంతో.. తెలుగు ప్రేక్షకులకి ఈ వారం చూడదగ్గ ఏకైక చిత్రంగా “టాక్సీవాలా” కాబట్టి కమర్షియల్ గా డీసెంట్ నెంబర్స్ కలెక్ట్ చేసే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే.. బి,సి సెంటర్ ఆడియన్స్ సినిమాను ఎలా రిసీవ్ చేసుకొంటారు అనేదాన్ని బట్టి ఇది హిట్టా, సూపర్ హిట్టా అనేది డిసైడ్ అవుతుంది. అయితే.. “నోటా” లాంటి డిజాస్టర్ తర్వాత విజయ్ దేవరకొండకి “టాక్సీవాలా”తో మంచి హిట్ లభించినట్లే.
